To celebrate the Spanish Wine Week in Ireland & the success of the previous Wine Dinners with López de Haro at the hotel, the culinary team have created this Spanish inspired menu.

Starter

Cuttlefish, Saffron, Courgette, Peas, Wild Garlic.

Main Course

Iberico Pork Cheek, Onion, Blood Orange, Spanish Black Pudding.

Dessert

Cherries, Sheep Milk, Sherry.
